    The staff made me feel like family treating me with kindness and respect while accommodating a special birthday dinner with care.

    The room I was initially given was dirty and poorly prepared for my stay which was frustrating after a long journey.

    My Standard King Room was like home. Nicolas and his team were pretty good for my birthday celebration. They organized a fantastic dinner at Lola just for me.
